A couple weeks ago, Jeanne tagged me to host the next Brenda Photo Challenge. I accepted, and decided on a theme of Holiday Decorations. Living in Florida, the holiday finery is a bit different, with lights on the trunks of palm trees, and no snow to be found (thankfully)! But Floridians have a way with making do, and so I present to you, my photos for the challenge!
This guy was built at the beach, and got quite a lot of people taking pics of him, me included. I thought he was pretty cute! The "snowglobe" is painted on the window to one of the stores at the Mall I visit quite often. The snowman is inside the store just behind the window.
The tree at the same mall is adorned with very large ornaments, and I was able to get myself in there too!
The tree is sponsored by Mayor's, a very upscale store.
I hope everyone had fun with the challenge, I know I did! Thanks again to Jeanne for hosting the last challenge and for choosing me to host. On that note, I need to choose the next host. Since I was a "newbie" I think I'll choose LauraBelle! Thanks to all who participated in this challenge with me!

I always wondered how the poor people living in hot regions without a single snowflake in a lifetime manage to celebrate winter and Christmas properly!
Now I know! Exchange the snowman for a sandman, anyything else is easy then!
I'm kidding. But the idea to build this snowman on the beach from sand is GREAT! };-)))
Thank you for hosting this meme and for your lovely theme!
Have a nice weekend!
These are Great Sweetie!! I Love the snowball and snowman!! Well done and Thank you for hosting this one! It was Great fun!!!hughugs
Love your post. I also live where there's no snow, well, once in 10 years, for a minute. I'm so use to ignoring the fact that I make do, as you do in FLA.
What clever photos! I love the "Sandman"! And how neat to frame the santa with a painted globe. Merry Christmas!
I love that snowman. Good view of a sunny climate holiday.
Great photos and thank you for hosting this challenge! The sandy "snowman" made me laugh out loud! LOL! The second shot of the snowman globe in the window is terrific. Bravo!
That snowglobe painted on the window with the snowman behind it is very cute..and I love the sand-snowman! Very Florida! Thanks for hosting..it was a fun challenge!
Oh, what great catches of Holiday spirit you caught! And, thank you Kim for picking me to do the next challenge! I apologize for being a day late in posting my pictures and hope I am forgiven ... I hope they've met the challenge!
Hey Kim, visiting from Brenda's and fell in love with the snowman on the beach! I want to come and just sit with him. I'm an ocean nut too!
This is a wonderful challenge. How long does it last? Great shots, dear!
I love your snowman or sandman. LOL I am late as usual getting around to everyone. But I loved your photos. This was a fun challenge.
I'm sorry that I'm only just now coming by to see all of your glorious holiday decoration photos for the challenge. They're beautiful!
Thank you so much for joining us!
What a cool sandman. Really appropriate for hot weather.
I know that I am VERY late with my entry but it's up now. Just got snowed-under with parties and work. I hope Santa still comes :-)
